Our Business

E G Realty is a business engaged in the sale, rental and management of real estate properties, including residential, vacation, commercial and industrial properties.  The principal of the business is Mr. Eugenio García, a Certified Public Accountant and Real Estate Broker, with over 15 years of experience.

Mr. Garcia is assisted by three other real estate professionals and an accountant.  We assist the potential seller in his effort to dispose of the property.  We assist potential buyer in getting the right, ideal property.  The CPA experience of Mr. Garcia in the commercial industry has served of benefit for commercial and industrial clients. We also assist clients during their qualification process.  We have a variety of repossesed properties owned by different financial institutions, being for living or investment.  Finally, if needed, we will orient you about the different financing programs.

We manage individual properties and complete projects as well.  Our goal is to keep the properties in optimal conditions to preseve its value and easy sale or rental.
